POLICIES

​

There is a required 30% deposit fee (non-refundable) that must be paid prior to your booking. Upon receipt, your appointment is officially secured on my schedule. The remaining balance is to be paid at the end of your appointment. I accept Cashapp: $gdarkoo, Zelle: info@shotbyeliza.com, and Cash. Exact amount only. Tips are appreciated but not required.

FAQS/ADDITIONAL DETAILS

​

1. There is a $100 fee after the first hour beyond your designated appointment time. 

​

2. There is a $30 late fee and after 20 minutes your appointment will be canceled. Please be considerate of my time and others as I may have back-to-back appointments. 

​

3. Same Day Appointments are welcome if absolutely necessary. However, there is a $50 same-day fee. Preferably, bookings should be made a week in advance so that I can plan accordingly. 

​

4. Rescheduling Notification must be made 48 hours prior to your existing appointment in order to avoid paying a new deposit fee. Please feel free to reach out to me via email or Instagram DM for any assistance. (@shotbyeliza)

5. Traveling fee is dependent on the location. I currently service the greater New York City area. Any location outside of NYC will require a traveling fee. Any international travel will be negotiated and discussed differently. Please email me.

6. Please allow me up to 48 hours to respond to any inquiries related to my services. 

​

7. All photos are delivered between 5 - 7 business days after the appointment. If any changes are made to that time frame, you will be notified. 

​

8. I Reserve the right to withhold service if I deem necessary.
